A rampage is five minutes of affirmations, back to back, with no breaks for your excuses to get a word in.
Not a lecture. Not homework. A stream of true sentences, spoken over you while you move — coffee, makeup, the drive — until the old story gets quieter than the new one.
The old story sounds like this: I come last. Everybody else first. I'll start Monday. I'm behind. A rampage answers every line of it, out loud, on purpose: I delete 'I come last.' I am allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress. My no is not a rejection — it is a direction, toward myself.
Why whispered? Because the morning is tender. You don't need to be shouted at before 8 AM — you need to be spoken to the way you'd speak to a woman you love. Soft voice, firm truth.
There's a new one every morning on the Obsessed With Myself YouTube channel. Press play while you get ready. Then open your journal, take today's prompt, and write or speak your answer. Rampage first, reflection second — that's the rhythm.
